There is a full wet bar, and built-in laundry area. Dramatic tongue and groove wood cathedral ceilings in the great room, with upper windows letting in lots of light. Dining area has room enough for seating 8 to 10 people with views of the ocean. Each room has its own split air conditioner. Sliding glass doors lead to the outdoor deck with plenty of room for eating and entertaining. A few steps down the deck to a sandy path, bordered with many palm trees, takes you to a white sand beach and to a sun deck at the waters edge. One of the most beautiful private beaches on Long Island with no public access, where you can walk for over a mile. There is a 2-bedroom 1 bath cottage which offers great ocean views from the elevated deck. The cottage has hickory wood floors and cathedral ceilings in the living/kitchen area.
